Unfortunately, regardlesss of the strength and quality, materials do eventually wear out. However, should a defect arise at any time which is due to faulty, materials or workmanship, we will at our discretion repair ot replace the item. Your repair service Please take time to read the care advice. Should you accidentally damage a LEATHERMAN product or need a repair carried out, we are happy to provide a repair and maintenance service at a reasonable cost. Send your LEATHERMAN to the nearest certified dealer. The LEATHERMAN product comes with our guarantee that is FREE from defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after the purchase date. Although the leather and components used in this product are among the finest available, it should be understood that it is exposed to natural wear after extended use. This type of wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. However, if such repairs are required, you may send the case at your expense to one of several certified repair locations and the bag will be repaired for a nominal fee.
